You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date under the following conditions:
The item must be: 

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. 
  
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only (unless defective). 
• Non-returnable items: Items damaged due to misuse.
• Final sale or clearance products (if stated).  
  
  Refund process: Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  
  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
